Hi Eiríkur,
thanks for the answer, and welcome to the club, cause I'm a teacher too, or was. Last month I chose to quit teaching simply because I have lost interest in doing that, and when the interest has gone, I´ll end up as a lousy teacher, and I don't want to be remembered this way. What I want to do in the future I don't know yet, but right now it fells like both body and mind need this time out.
I fully understand that you can't go back to 9 to 5, but being a teacher in Denmark isn't working 9 to 5. You say yes to be in contact with the parents and your colleagues 24 seven 365, and finally I have had enough of that.
Take Care
Love Hanne

I just wanted to say how much I look forward to the Magic Pie/Glenn Hughes concert in May. You are my favourite singer of all singers in the world, and I am so happy I will see you on stage soon. I also want to thank you so much for your homepage, and for your blogs and faqs and comments here. You really take care of your fans, and this tells me you have a warm heart. Also thank you to webmaster, which does a wonderful job! You bring Eirikur to us, and I love you both for that. xxx Mette.

To a great man!

It's sad that you from the other Nordic countries won't participate in the Nordic ESC Panel this year. I will miss your wicked crazy humour. Yes, and not to speak of Mads' humour (2006). I hope for a reunion in 2009!

PS Valentine Lost was among the best songs in ESC 2007.
DS.

Hi Eirikur, I just had to add a little something to my comments earlier about your TV show here in Finland. My mother absolutely loved the show and she thinks you're SO charming. She is 83 years old Smile

Tongue ...thanks everyone for your nice words and good vibes. Busy these days improving my skills on the guitar. The "Magic-Pie" material demands a lot from me, as much rally as a guitarist as a vocalist... I am lovin`it!

Eiríkur, you never stop surprising me. When I heard you sing Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah I was stupefied at what heights you can go to with your singing - your talent is such that only the sky is the limit. I still heard your voice in my sleep and what a beautiful voice that is.

What a great Monday evening with Eirikur on television Smile I love Valentine lost, could listen to it a thousand times and never get bored - and it sounds sooo beautiful in your own language. A huge thank you to Eirikur and Thomas Lundin for a great TV show. And also to the band, familiar faces most of them. Roland Junell is from the town where I live, very talented guitar player. Take care, lots of luv from Jakobstad Smile

Hi, Eiríkur,
you are blogging and even you dislike computers, you are good at it too, so thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts and experiences with usBiggrin. It means a lot for those of us who haven't any other opportunity to follow your carrier and life. You say that you don't know anything about computers and internet. I know a lot about computers, and enough about internet, to use it in my daily work, but that doesn't prevent me from being a little hot tempered if things aren't going my wayBiggrin, something which is happening quite often for the time being, cause I have just begun to create my own homepage. Doing this is a lesson in how to be patient, and I know it will end op being a success, when I have finished the projectWink
Take care
Love Hanne
